Bij Crafted Creations worden alle producten met liefde, aandacht en oog voor detail gemaakt. We hopen natuurlijk dat je blij bent met je aankoop! Mocht je toch niet helemaal tevreden zijn, dan kun je het artikel binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren.

Voorwaarden voor retour

Het product is ongebruikt en onbeschadigd.

Het zit in de originele verpakking.

Je stuurt het retour binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst.

Uitzonderingen

Artikelen die op maat gemaakt of gepersonaliseerd zijn (zoals producten met een naam, foto of speciaal ontwerp) kunnen niet geretourneerd worden.
Als er sprake is van een productie- of leverfout, neem dan altijd contact met ons op zodat we dit samen kunnen oplossen.

Hoe werkt retourneren?

Stuur een e-mail naar info@craftedcreations.nl
met je bestelnummer en reden van retour.

Je ontvangt van ons de retourinstructies.

Zodra we het artikel in goede staat hebben ontvangen, storten we het aankoopbedrag binnen 5 werkdagen terug op je rekening.

De verzendkosten voor retourzendingen zijn voor eigen rekening, tenzij het artikel beschadigd of verkeerd geleverd is.

At Crafted Creations, every product is made with love, care and attention to detail. We hope you’re happy with your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return conditions

The product must be unused and undamaged.

It must be in its original packaging.

The return must be made within 14 days after delivery.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items (for example with a name, photo or custom design) cannot be returned.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can find a solution together.

How to return an item

Send an email to info@craftedcreations.nl
including your order number and reason for return.

You will receive detailed return instructions.

Once we have received the item in good condition, we’ll refund your payment within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
